Refund Policy



All returns should be made within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be submitted with original receipts whether intended for refund, smerchandise credit or exchange.


• Returns after 7 days are only available for merchandise credit.
• Items returned due to faulty production/ defects in merchandise are eligible for exchange only, with free shipping applied.
• Returns other than our error will have a 25% re-stocking fee deducted from a refunded amount.


Upon receipt and inspection of the product, for refund based returns credit will be processed against the credit card used for the original purchase 2 days after receipt. 


One to two credit billing cycles is the norm for refunds to appear on your statement. WE WILL REFUND SHIPPING COSTS ONLY IF THE RETURED MERCHANDISE  IS THE RESULT OF OUR ERROR.

We recommend shipping your package by a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS insured mail.


We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that do comply with the above returning procedure: is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy.
