CUSTOMER SERVICE & PAYMENT OPTIONS offers two convenient options:

Online payment is available 24 hours every day and is the fastest way to have our products shipped to you!


Follow these three easy steps to order:


1. Choose the product(s) you want to order. From the Shop page and add it to your product inventory. Once you have finished please click on the Products button up at the top of the website or click on the Payment Page in the Products & Services drop down menu selection.


Then proceed to click on the Confirm Purchase button where you will be prompted to enter your detail so we can proceed with your order.

Email: to receive a discounted quote on your purchase


3. Upon reviewing a satisfactory discounted quote and after you provide an address and phone number for your delivery destination over phone, email or fax, you will either purchase item over phone or check out at our e-payment portal with an invoice number given over phone email or fax. ( The invoice number, your first and last name will pull up your payment for fulfillment online.)


4. We will send you both a payment and shipment confirmation via e-mail as soon as we receive payment and ship your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed the same day that we receive them and generally shipped same business day. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped. If you order more than one item, we may ship from more than one location.


You will be given an invoice number either over fax/ phone/ email number as means of our tracking of your product, order confirmation and online payment fulfillment. Be sure to record this number and keep it handy in case you have questions about your order.

Upon calling in for a quote, please provide two form of contact including a daytime phone number.

At any point if you would like to inquire about the status of a item in delivery, please contact us.


Since we are trying to ship all orders immediately after receiving them, it may be difficult to stop or change your order.


If we have not yet processed your order, you can request a change or cancel your order. In such cases contact us immediately.

If we are unable to change or cancel your order, you will receive an email clarification. 

Make Order here through portal,We encourage you to call in for a discount, bundle price and or amenities and other accommodations. Upon our guarantee of discount and bonus add ons, credit payment fulfillment will be activated and you will be receiving your delivery.  Also email or call in to request a more extensive catalogue-- there are other products and services we could arrange for you prepackaged in Brooklyn and delivered door to door to your location.

Delivery arrangements limited to areas in the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Products are NOT intended for purchase and delivery to any  OFAC countries.
